Our delivery hours are from 11 am till 5 pm This is between check out and check in times for the most of resorts and hotels Different delivery hours can be arranged
We set our products inside the cabin upon guest arrival …this is the only time we can easily get a key from Resort, otherwise we will have to contact the guest.
We never leave our gift baskets by the cabin’s door for the safety reasons. The smell of cookies and chocolate can attract some uninvited company to your hideaway…
Q. Do you deliver your baskets only in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville Area?
A. We do most of our deliveries around Gatlinburg...however we can deliver our products to the futher locations depending on order... Also we ship our baskets nationwide.
Q. Are the items listed for the baskets guaranteed to be included in the baskets?
